We’re seeking a dynamic and values-driven Business Operations Manager to lead multiple well-established community care offices across Perth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy and people — guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service while driving operational excellence and business growth.

If you’re a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves empowering others, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians, this role is for you.

The Opportunity ✨

As Business Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the offices, leading with empathy and accountability.

Your leadership will ensure your team feels supported, empowered, and aligned with the organisation’s purpose — delivering consistent, high-quality care and support to clients in the community.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a passionate multidisciplinary team

  • Drive business performance and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for growth and build strong community partnerships

  • Oversee budgets, systems, and processes to ensure operational excellence

  • Lead change and guide your team through transformation with confidence and clarity

  • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to strengthen organisational impact

About You 💫

You’re a confident, collaborative leader who blends commercial acumen with compassion. You inspire trust, communicate with warmth, and know how to bring out the best in people.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing a business or standalone business unit (service or retail-based industry)

  • Strong leadership and team development experience

  • Ability to drive and implement change while maintaining engagement

  • Sound understanding of operational performance, budgets, and financial processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A practical, resilient, and solutions-focused approach

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between different offices.

⭐ Experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or community services is highly regarded but not essential.

What’s On Offer

  • Genuine job satisfaction through meaningful community impact

  • Supportive and values-led workplace culture

  • Flexible working arrangements including some work-from-home opportunities

  • Car allowance + office parking

  • Opportunities for bonus incentives and career progression

  • Access to national support and professional development
