We learn your brief

Same week

A proper conversation — phone or site visit — about the role, the team, the culture, the awards structure, the deal-breakers. Not a form to fill in.

We build a shortlist

5–10 business days

We approach candidates from our network and, where needed, actively search. You get 3–5 names with full context — not a pile of CVs.

We manage the compliance

Before offer

AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, NCCHC, right-to-work and references — all verified personally. You see clean paperwork, not promises.

We stay close after placement

Week 1 · Month 1 · Month 3

Retention check-ins with both sides. Most small issues are fixable if someone’s listening. Every permanent placement is guaranteed for 90 days.

References are phoned, not emailed. Credentials are verified against source registers where applicable. Documentation is collected and stored securely so your team doesn’t re-run work that’s already been done.

  • AHPRA registration where applicable — nurses, allied health
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check valid and current
  • National Criminal History Check (NCCHC) within 12 months
  • Working with Children Check where the role requires it
  • Right-to-work verification visa / passport / citizenship
  • Professional references minimum 2, phoned personally
  • Qualifications & certifications originals sighted, copies on file
  • Personal interview with Erinn every candidate, no exceptions
