The Opportunity ✨

We’re seeking a warm, dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator to join a passionate and inclusive team in a supportive, values-led environment.

In this role, you’ll guide a team of Registered Nurses and Carers to deliver safe, high-quality care that honours each resident’s individual needs, choices, and preferences.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellence across clinical operations while helping foster a positive, respectful culture within the home.

About You 💫

You’re a confident and caring clinical professional who thrives in a team environment. You lead with empathy and professionalism, balancing clinical excellence with genuine compassion for residents and their families.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)

• Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator or in a senior clinical role within aged care

• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation processes, and person-centred care principles

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Effective leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities

• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration across all levels

• Valid Police Check and up-to-date vaccinations (including influenza and COVID-19)

• Ability to speak and write Spanish is highly regarded
