The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, person-centred culture within the home. You’ll lead your team with warmth and integrity, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and support every day.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead, inspire, and support your care and clinical teams

  • Oversee the daily operations, performance, and budgets of the home

  • Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and all governance requirements

  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and the local community

  • Foster a workplace culture based on respect, teamwork, and continuous growth

About You 💛

You’re a natural leader who brings both heart and professionalism to everything you do. You take pride in supporting your team, achieving meaningful outcomes, and making a real difference in the lives of older Australians.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an aged care leadership role (Facility Manager, Care Manager, or similar)

  • A proven record of achieving strong occupancy and quality results

  • Solid understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation, and quality standards

  • Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Lead training (highly regarded)

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

  • A compassionate, values-driven approach to aged care

Additional Requirements

  • National Police Check

  • Compliance with relevant public health vaccination requirements (e.g. influenza, COVID-19)
