The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring it runs smoothly, compassionately, and in line with their commitment to excellence.

You’ll inspire and support your team to deliver the very best in person-centred care — building a workplace culture where quality, collaboration, and kindness thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong, supportive leadership across all departments — Clinical, Environmental, Lifestyle, Catering, and Administration

  • Overseeing budgets and resources with accountability and transparency

  • Ensuring compliance with aged care legislation, quality standards, and accreditation requirements

  • Partnering with clinical leaders to maintain high-quality care and support for residents

  • Leading quality and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community

  • Fostering open communication and a positive, inclusive team culture

About You 💛

You’re an experienced aged care leader who leads with both empathy and excellence. You thrive on supporting others, building trusted relationships, and creating an environment where residents and staff feel respected and valued.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous management experience in Aged Care or Health Services

  • Current AHPRA registration (desirable)

  • Proven experience managing diverse teams and ensuring operational efficiency

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of aged care regulations, compliance, and best practice

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

  • A calm, confident leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement
