At Golden Care Recruitment, we’re proud to partner with leading home care providers who share our commitment to person-centred care and meaningful connection.

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join a supportive, multi-disciplinary team in Brisbane.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with older adults — helping them maintain independence, mobility, and wellbeing through evidence-based, individualised therapy.

Whether you’re looking for stability or flexibility, this role offers a balance of professional growth, autonomy, and purpose.

The Opportunity

As a Physiotherapist, you’ll provide high-quality assessments and tailored treatment programs that promote mobility, strength, and comfort. You’ll collaborate with care teams and families to deliver holistic care that supports both physical health and emotional wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional and pain assessments for residents or community clients

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised therapy plans

  • Providing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and equipment recommendations

  • Supporting falls prevention, mobility, and reablement programs

  • Collaborating with care staff, nurses, and allied health professionals

  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports in line with aged care standards

About You

You’re a warm, dedicated professional who loves helping others live confidently and comfortably. You approach your work with empathy, curiosity, and care — always aiming for the best outcomes for your clients.

You’ll bring:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community health

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Solid clinical reasoning and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team

  • Current Police Check and flu/COVID-19 vaccinations

What’s On Offer

  • Supportive, person-centred team environment

  • Flexible working hours – full-time or part-time options

  • Competitive salary with travel allowance for community visits

  • Ongoing professional development and career progression support

  • The chance to make a meaningful impact every day
