This opportunity is for an experienced and values-driven Registered Nurse to join a well-established residential aged care home in Adelaide — where you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ health, dignity, and wellbeing every day.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team that values professionalism, empathy, and excellence — and you’ll have the chance to build strong, meaningful relationships with both residents and colleagues.

✨ The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide person-centred clinical care and leadership to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and individualised support. You’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals to promote holistic wellbeing and uphold the highest standards of care.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical guidelines

• Support and mentor care staff to ensure consistent and compassionate service

• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation

• Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changing needs

• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

💫 About You

You’re a dedicated, confident, and caring Registered Nurse who takes pride in making a real difference. You bring strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a calm, compassionate presence that residents trust.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment

• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practice

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and reporting skills

• A commitment to teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement

• Up-to-date Police Check and vaccinations (flu and COVID-19)
